Graphic Designer

who can thrive at a fast-paced and fast-growing mortgage lender. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, eager to learn, cheerful, KIND, and comfortable developing and presenting strategic and out-of-the-box ideas.The Graphic Designer will contribute to the success of Kind Lending by assisting with all aspects of design development including sourcing, preparation, and maintaining the workflow. The candidate should be able to work within existing systems as well as create new systems and processes for continued efficiency. Must be adaptable to successfully function with lots of balls in the air! This position will report directly to the CMO and is a hybrid position in our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.Location:

Hybrid: In office in Santa Ana, CA 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) and Work from home on Monday and Friday.The Team:

The starting base salary pay range for this position is $66,560 - $70,000. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.Primary Responsibilities and Duties:Creating original artwork for both print and digital mediums including flyers, brochures, social media, business cards, presentations, magazines, posters, etc.Developing design assets from idea to rough draft to finished product.Communicating with the marketing team to gather information about project needs and desired outcomes.Preparing digital files in accordance with client specifications to be used for printing or other purposes.Reviewing and editing content for accuracy and clarity.Adopting #KindMovement values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions, and interpersonal interactions.Contributing to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations, positively influencing others, and upholding values of accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun.Experience and Qualifications:Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.1-2 years of branding and design experience.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).Knowledge of design principles such as contrast, balance, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design.Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines and is eager to learn and grow with Kind.A positive, friendly, professional attitude and a good sense of humor.Ability to make an impact, influence, and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Work Authorization:
