THE ROLEWe’re looking for a Manager – Paid Social, to play a critical role in scaling our marketing capabilities at Allergan Aesthetics. You’ll work closely with analysts, data scientists, and performance marketers to develop paid social marketing strategies and implement those strategies. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience with the Facebook Business Manager platform creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Experience with lookalikes, custom audiences, different campaign objectives, pixel and event implementation, and reporting/analysis. You should be interested in working in a high energy, data-driven, and collaborative environment. You have a passion for marketing, and analytics; and you enjoy wearing many hats. You are a people-person, a connector, and a problem solver.

Qualifications:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Take ownership of and be the point of contact and paid social lead for brands within the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.

Manage all paid social campaigns for these brands including building, optimizing, and reporting with the help of our analysts.

Use data-driven analysis to quickly prove and disprove hypotheses on what will drive the highest performance from the channel.

Drive execution - Implementation will be your responsibility - you will be rolling up your sleeves to bring plans to life via paid social marketing.

Work collaboratively with teammates across a range of disciplines to implement interventions that shape consumer behavior.

Drive rigor around performance and measurement - Know the KPIs inside and out, and tenaciously pursue tactics that improve consumer acquisition, retention, purchase frequency and cross-portfolio usage.

Fail fast but move swiftly and confidently to scale approaches that are proven to work. You believe strategy lives and dies by the numbers, and you keep financial performance as your north star.

You Bring:

A strong background in Paid social marketing and analytics, with at least six (6) years of experience.

Expertise in digital advertising, including familiarity with key technologies that enable targeted consumer marketing and performance measurement (e.g. Meta Business/Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)

An analytical approach to everything you touch - you’re highly data-driven, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and interrogate data to surface new insights.

A self-starting and highly pragmatic approach to getting work done.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types.

Organizational and coordination skills along with strong multi-tasking capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree required.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
