As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a vital role in optimizing our technology use to meet business objectives. This position will create user-friendly, aesthetically engaging interfaces that bring simplicity and efficiency to the complex design of our Sales and Revenue applications being utilized during the Sales process.What you’ll get to do

Analyze existing platforms and work with teams to improve functionality and support business objectives.Create the user experience and interface with the user's needs in mind.Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.Prepare rough drafts and strawman representations to internal teams and key stakeholders.Design graphic user interface elements and design.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Investigate various topics from application usage analytics to examine what works and what doesn't with the users. Use these insights as input for design decisions.Continually iterate UI/UX design by testing and refining your designs based on user feedback and other data.Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.Research the latest design trends to ensure designs are innovative and effective.Skills and experience we value

Deep understanding of user-centric and responsive design principles, such as color theory, typography, and hierarchy.Knowledge of computer programming languages, such as HTML and CSS.Design software skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.A keen eye for detail, with the ability to recognize trends and user feedback.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Strong organizational and project management skills.What’s in it for you
