Marketing ManagerIn this role, you will market the vast legacy of Prince Rogers Nelson to the public. We're looking for an experienced, versatile, and driven marketing manager to help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a range of marketing channels. The ideal candidate has experience in executing marketing campaigns, developing an inspiring team, and managing the marketing budget to ensure all materials are in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should be proficient in day-to-day marketing activities, develop long-term campaign strategies, and strive under tight deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field3+ years' experience in people management and digital marketing, marketing, or related fieldStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPhotography and videography skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to create, implement and manage department budgetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and moreUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementResponsibilitiesProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms that attracts and converts our target audience.Develop strategies to promote the company and drive traffic.Gather and analyze information to identify new audiences and overall engagement.Experiment with a variety of content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, marketing of Paisley Park and Paisley Park sponsored events, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.Create new marketing materials for advertising and event needs each year.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training all new hires for the department.Oversee the daily workflow of the department.If offered the position, the offer is contingent upon passing a background check and a four-panel background screen which does NOT include THC.
