As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:Marketing Acumen

Key POC to manage the launch of major PSD marketing initiativesWork with Product Service field service teams and channel marketing teams in collaboration with product, brand, and finance to develop strategic service initiativesDevelop new service, retail, and conversion programsManage the development of service marketing materials to drive customer awareness and engagementCompile, analyze, and report data on PSD service and retail businessAnalyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing, sales and/or product strategies.Responsible for finished goods forecast for the divisionManage Trade-Up conversion programManage Factory-Overhaul repair program for all repairable tools

Business Development & Communication

Work with Brand Marketing, GDS, and PSD Marketing teams to develop marketing and promotional materialsPartner with the T&O Channel Marketing teams to ensure business alignmentExecute market communication plans for new service programs and product launchesDevelop Product Service Divisions service and retail end user promotionsForecast Product Service Divisions demand for new and existing tools and accessories

People Development & Management

Develop, mentor, and train the PSD Marketing teamParticipates in PSD/SBDU/Product/Channel trainingDevelops a relationship with Service Operations Managers and other service leaders to help maintain and meet marketing initiativesWorks closely with marketing, operations, and customer service leaders to resolve issues and streamline processes to enhance the customer experience.

The Person:

You also have:5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience with at least 2 years of management exp. with a record of demonstrated achievement2+ years of website support, sales, and promotional knowledgeBachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or business-related field.Effective project management, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of key business measures --sales, margins, OM, etc.Strong computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to manage a budget for promotions, merchandising, and advertisingSolid analytical skills and problem-solving abilityStrong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced work environmentStrong leadership skills to influence team performanceHighly comfortable level for delivering presentations in a small/large group setting internally/externally as well as to all levels of an organization.20% travel required through the U.S.Follow through on commitmentsChange Agent- Views change as positive and translates to action(s)Working knowledge of digital marketing best practicesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.The Details:
