ELGi .About The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will champion strategic integrated marketing efforts for ELGi's business verticals in North America from a brand awareness building and lead generation perspective. The ideal candidate will execute communication and promotional tactics, both traditional (offline) and digital (online), ensuring customers identify and differentiate our product and channel advantages over the competition. This role will call for strong hands-on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (multi-channel) for both brand awareness and lead generation, day to day marketing activities, long term planning and strategizing while working with multiple stakeholders, under tight deadlines to meet objectives. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong inclination to or prior experience working with multi-cultural functional experts, cross functional teams, and partner agencies. Must be highly detail orientated, a team-player, organized and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline. You are a creative, self-starter with sharp business acumen and a focus on getting the job done. Prior exposure to people management is a plus.The Marketing Manager is a part of the ELGi global marketing function reporting into the VP Global Marketing at headquarters. This individual will work closely with ELGi North America's leadership across sales, business development, aftermarket, and product management functions, as well as ELGi's global marketing multi regional team.About You

The Marketing Manager may be a match for you if you have the following required qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent5 years in marketing roles relevant to the role responsibilities listed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Sound knowledge and understanding of all marketing principles and strategies.Demonstrated experience in digital marketing - SEO/SEM and related lead generation processes.Knowledge of website analytics tools together with relevant digital and social media certifications.Knowledge of marketing automation, lead management tools and other direct marketing platforms.Experience developing and delivering creative, high quality, marketing collateral; handling a wide range of projects and working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience working on a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, customer acquisition digital ad campaigns, event management, public relations, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.Be numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.Vendor management experience.Financial and business acumen.Project management experience.Growth mindset.The Marketing Manager may be an ideal match for you if you also have the following preferred qualifications:Degree in Marketing/Marketing Communications + MBA in marketing.Prior experience in B2B sales and/or business development.Prior experience working in a matrixed organization and interfacing with global, multi-cultural teams to align on output.Prior experience in a marketing agency.
