Discover more about the Hourglass brand story and mission on our website hourglasscosmetics.com.Our in-house Creative department and Content Studio is responsible for producing a wide range of content, with an increasing focus on digital, video first assets and activations. We are looking for a talented creative mind who is deadline-driven, highly collaborative and has a deep interest in design, typography, fashion and beauty. The ideal candidate understands how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support our consumer messaging and storytelling.You will report to the Senior Art Director and will work collaboratively with the Creative Director and team of Designers. Support in the development and execution of design solutions across a range of channels – including but not limited to; social media, in-store, digital, print and packaging.This position requires a forward-thinking design approach with a strong attention to detail and an expert in file preparation.This is a unique career opportunity in a luxury beauty brand centered on innovation and creative excellence in a fast-paced and supportive team environment.WHAT YOU DO:

OVERALL DESIGNConcept and execute content for digital, mobile, social, e-commerce, in-store, OOH, video, print and packaging.Execute creative briefs for business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and engaging within brand expression and standards.Effectively present and communicate creative vision.Work towards various timelines in a fast-paced environment, while delivering creative that is accurate and consistent.DIGITALDesign landing pages, banners, and digital ads for desktop and mobile.Export assets to all specs and formats needed.PACKAGING/PRINTDesign packaging (primary components and secondary cartons) across a broad range of product families including new product launches and 3D rendering.Serve as the design lead to effectively execute packaging across brand guidelines.Ensure packaging maintains design aesthetic and provides consumer appeal while incorporating all needed information on pack, including marketing copy and regulatory information.Prepare, package and spec files for print with correct dimensions, die-lines, and resolution.VIDEOEdit and add typography design to video content for Social + Digital Advertising.Export and crop videos in different sizes and formats (MP4/GIFs).
