Position: Marketing Manager - Market Research and Insights

The

Market Insights Research Manager

will be a critical part of the Marketing of Arrow Team, responsible for developing and executing market research best practices, as well as leading key research projects to enable Arrow’s growth.You’ll use quantitative and qualitative research methods to generate meaningful insights that define where the most promising market opportunities are and how to win them via market sizing, GTM strategy validation, brand health, Voice of the Customer, and more.By combining strong analytical and strategic acumen, you’ll own research initiatives end-to-end from project prioritization to insight delivery with the goal of influencing key decisions across the business.You will perform analyses and prepare recommendations in the areas of customer product/service preferences, market penetration, market practices, and trends.Responsibilities

Design and lead new and emerging VoC programs that provide the organization with actionable customer experience insights.This includes survey design and operations, reporting, analysis, and the closed-loop process.Actively monitor the technology landscape to identify and evaluate competitive threats and opportunities (Core focus will be on marketing strategy and plans, competitive and market intelligence, and tracking marketplace trends).Partner with sales, vendor marketing, and product teams to understand competitive landscape, consumer needs and behaviors, define target audiences, improve product market fit, and unearth future-forward market opportunities to achieve business objectives.Work cross-functionally with key leadership to build consensus and integrate the insights into reporting and action.Develop and drive research strategy, establish and manage protocol for collecting, analyzing, and assimilating internal & external data.Recommend and lead the execution and publication of all routine Market Insights deliverables global in scale.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field.3 years or more experience in market research, consulting, or statistical analysis experience or equivalent experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to summarize and present information in a way that provides clarity and interest.Strong entrepreneurial disposition: constant pursuit of what could be.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to design and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Experience with brand tracking research.Knowledge of statistical sampling techniques and statistical significance of results.Proficiency with various survey techniques including focus groups, large scale primary research surveys, and survey panels.Benefits
