Responsible for the end-to-end execution of all marketing projects, the Producer team is responsible for coordinating the process as well as the projects initiated by the Account Management team on behalf of marketing clients. Account Management owns the marketing client relationship in conjunction with the Program team, providing marketing strategy and analysis, while ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to optimize marketing budgets.Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and growing relationships with an assigned group of customers (accounts)Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territoriesForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts) including interpreting data analyticsDevelop new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets and/or recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, channels or service line servicesFoster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategy for a variety of clients and projectsProvide the day-to-day marketing planning, development and execution for a suite of clientsDraft creative/strategy briefs and collaborate with creative and shared services teams to ensure that briefs meet requirementsPartner with agency team members to shepherd projects from conception to completionFacilitate campaign reviews and filter and translate client feedbackFacilitate projects debriefs, ensuring that learnings are shared across the broader marketing teamManage day-to-day client requestsPartner with business development to draft proposals and budgets for new businessMentor less experienced account executivesCollaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicingManage project code set up and project resource allocationAssist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goalsMinimum Requirements:8-10+ years relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferredTarget Compensation Range:

$91,700 - $100,000Compensation Range:
