Job Description Summary

Promote CLEAResult’s service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients in an effort to expand current relationship and continue to present innovation/value. Responsible for the end to end execution of all marketing projects, the Producer team is responsible for coordinating the process as well as the projects initiated by the Account Management team on behalf of marketing clients. Account Management owns the marketing client relationship in conjunction with the Program team, providing marketing strategy and analysis, while ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to optimize marketing budgets.

Job Description

5-8+ years relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred.

Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and growing relationships with an assigned group of customers (accounts)Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territoriesForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts) including interpreting data analyticsNurture new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets and/or recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, channels or service line servicesDevelop an understanding of market nuances relating to assigned client group (relating to marketing: competitive landscape, top performing strategies and tactics, consumer demand, etc.).Collaborate with senior account managers to provide the day-to-day marketing planning, development and execution for a suite of clientsDraft creative/strategy briefs and collaborate with marketing account managers, creative and shared services teams to ensure that briefs meet requirementsPartner with Producers to shepherd projects from conception to completionParticipate in campaign reviews and filter and translate client feedbackCollaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicingManage project code set up and project resource allocationAssist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals

$69,300.00 - $103,900.00
