Cypress Creek is looking for a new team member with a strong visual eye and technical skills to help communicate the mission and goals of the company through the creation and maintenance of print and digital assets. The Graphic Design and Website Communication Specialist will report to the Director of Communications.Responsibilities

Design all corporate and project-level print collateral including fact sheets, brochures, advertisements, mailers, and other design needs.Using predesigned WordPress templates, manage all project website needsProcess request formsCoordinate content approvalsRequest domain name purchases and redirect requestsDesign websites using WordPress templatesSecure final approvals before website launchWork directly with website consultants for continuous improvementAssist Director of Communications with corporate website content updates and other critical changes.Other duties as needed.Education & Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or an equivalent combination of training, certification, and experience in graphic design.Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma and/or other graphic design programs.Good organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.A strong understanding of the importance of maintaining branding and visual consistency across assets.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Industry knowledge/understanding a plus.Some experience in WordPress or other website content management system preferred.Embrace and embody the values of Cypress Creek Renewables.Locations:

Preference to the Durham, NC or Asheville, NC office. We have a hybrid in-office schedule (2x week). Open to East Coast remote DOE.Benefits:
