Web and Graphic Designer

The Parish Group is a 36-year-old higher education marketing agency based in Asheville, North Carolina. We seek a

full-time web and graphic designer

with at least three years of HTML/CSS experience.

This is an in-person position. Onsite participation and attendance is required.Specific responsibilities include:Graphic design for social media and internal marketing

Proficiency in Adobe Suite products, specifically InDesign.Working with the Director of Marketing & Social Media to provide targeted graphics for social media, blog posts, proposals, and presentations.Creating print materials for conference-related publications and large-scale display designs.Exercising creative freedom while adhering to company brand guidelines.

Update and maintenance of the company websiteProficiency in WordPress.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Design and maintenance of client microsites and email templatesAbility to handle various projects involving multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.Regular interaction with Enrollment Analytics, Enrollment Strategy, Communications, and offsite design team.The Parish Group uses Technolutions Slate and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms for client campaigns.Additional, preferred experience:Bachelor's degreeExperience in higher education admissions marketingSkills in photography and videoUnderstanding of print and direct mail processesPrevious work in an Ad/Creative agencyBenefits:Competitive compensationCovered parking in downtown AshevilleInsurance stipendProfit-sharing401k and Roth IRA company contributions after one year of employmentUnlimited PTOPlease submit your resume, including
