$91.72Key Responsibilities
(In close collaboration with the UX manager, but with limited oversight):Interaction design & UX research:
Understand and synthesize user needs for a complex, multi-layered, data-oriented enterprise application, based on research conducted by product teamOrganize and conduct supplemental research as necessary, in collaboration with product teamDefine information architecture and interaction modelConduct usability testingUI design:
Contribute to UI design system, including component definition, typography, iconography, and color systemDesign data visualizationsSkills and experiences:
Expert - information design, visualization design:
Demonstrated command of data visualization best practices in an enterprise financial services environment.Strong - Interaction design:
Demonstrated command of enterprise application interaction patterns.Strong - information architecture:
A systems thinker, knowledge of IA testing and validation methodologies.Capable - Prototyping:
Command of one or more prototyping tools.Capable - Visual design:
Demonstrated command of atomic design principles, typography/color/visual hierarchy/etc. in an enterprise application context.Capable - UX strategy/research:
