The Lead Ads team empowers TikTok's global monetization via efficiently delivering lead ads on TikTok. TikTok lead ads allow marketers advertising on TikTok to have seamless and frictionless interaction with their potential customers directly on the TikTok platform. Our team is committed to developing novel machine learning solutions for ranking, building scalable foundations, and launching various products that maximize the efficiency of lead ads delivery.

Responsibilities:Work on the development of a large-scale online ads delivery system and improve delivery efficiency for lead ads.Explore multi-stage ranking models, conduct data analysis, develop feature engineering, especially facing sparse conversion data to optimize conversions for SMB clients.Participate in the innovations of machine learning models, AIGC usage scenarios, etc.Partner with product managers, data scientists, and product strategy & operation team to launch new Lead Ads products and features.Target ultimate offline conversion, optimizing deep conversion events, and helping clients to optimize full funnel ROI.
QualificationsGraduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.Experience with coding in Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++.Have a clear understanding of Machine Learning.
Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.

Job Information:The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112065 - $172800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
