135+ person marketing team including 13 all-star Paid Media SpecialistsWhat Winning Looks Like:Lead the planning, creating, implementing, optimization, analysis and reporting of paid advertising/paid media campaignsManage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, targeting and strategic bidding strategiesWork closely with design and writing teams to create and optimize world-class adsMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders via excel spreadsheets/pivot tables, and making data-driven recommendations for optimizationBuild relationships with stakeholders as well as collaborate on whole processes with content strategists, writers and editors (you’re not working in a silo alone)Skills Needed to Win:4+ years of experience managing $30K+ in monthly paid spend across several platformsExperience working with tools like Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or FB Ads/Meta AdsCreative analytical thinker with testing experienceCurrently leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day roleLead gen experience is preferred, but not requiredApp promotion experience is preferred, but not requiredSalary: $85,000 - $100,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits*Range depends on level of skill and overall experienceIt’s a calling, and we’re on a mission to change lives.
