135+ person marketing team including 13 all-star Paid Media SpecialistsWhat Winning Looks Like:Lead the planning, creating, implementing, optimization, analysis and reporting of paid advertising/paid media campaigns.Manage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, targeting and strategic bidding strategies.Work closely with design and writing teams to create and optimize world-class ads.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Build relationships with stakeholders as well as collaborate on whole processes with content strategists, writers and editors (you’re not working in a silo alone).Skills Needed to Win:2+ years of experience managing $50K+ paid media accounts across several platforms.Experience working with tools like Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, and/or Google Data Studio.Creative analytical thinker with testing experience.E-commerce experience is preferred, but not required.$56,000 - $83,200/year* + profit sharing + benefits*Range depends on level of skill and overall experienceIt’s a calling, and we’re on a mission to change lives.
