It is focusing on understanding the journey of (potential) customers and on optimizing the customer experience across all touchpoints.We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical and tech-savvy Senior Manager Marketing Analytics to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance overall business performance. The Senior Manager Marketing Analytics will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that contribute to the achievement of marketing objectives.This role is fundamental to help scaling our business in an effective and efficient manner. It will be reporting directly to the CMO and will have the perspective to build an own team as we grow further. Marketing is the biggest investment position in our budget and thus this role is really important in the wider company context.

Your Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Interpretation:Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, including campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

Set-up and run A/B testing in close collaboration with the respective teams.

Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.

Own and optimize Tracking Setup:Own the configuration of Google Tag Manager, being able to change and optimize configuration.

Monitor whether tracking works properly and adjust if needed. Both Web (Snowplow) and Mobile/App.

Align closely with Product and IT regarding optimization of the tracking setup and specify potential improvements.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:Align with marketing stakeholders regarding key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Regularly monitor, report, and analyze marketing performance against established KPIs.

Be responsible for standard reports and dedicated campaign reports.

Continuously improve cost reporting and forecasting to enhance predictability as we scale investments.

Attribution and statistical modeling:Drive further development of attribution models to ensure the best possible investment allocation per market.

Try to capture value of investments with limited measurability, e.g. offline, via statistical modeling.

Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and optimize campaigns for improved performance.

Work closely with other departments such as data analytics and data engineering, country managers and business lines, product development and finance to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years experience as a (Marketing) Analyst with a focus on data analysis and interpretation. Leadership experience is a plus.

Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker or similar platforms. Knowledge of customer data platforms would be a plus.

Advanced skills in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau) and in SQL.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Basic knowledge and interest in financial products would be a plus.

Good level of English language is essential, knowledge of other European languages (e.g. German, Dutch or Spanish) is a plus.
