The Marketing Team is responsible for customer acquisition and retention across Raisin's international savings and investments platforms. They focus on understanding customer journeys and enhancing the customer experience.
We are looking for an experienced, analytical Senior Manager Marketing Analytics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Responsibilities include interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.Your Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation:Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, including campaign performance and market trends.Set up and run A/B testing.Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.Performance Measurement and Reporting:Align with stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor and analyze marketing performance against KPIs.Produce standard and campaign reports.Attribution and Statistical Modeling:Develop attribution models for investment allocation.Collaborate with teams to optimize campaigns.Work with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis. Leadership experience is a plus.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.Advanced skills in Python, R, Tableau, and SQL.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus.Good English language skills required, knowledge of other European languages is a plus.If you are a data-driven marketing professional, apply now to contribute to our success!Benefits
