Your Responsibilities

Address real customer challenges through thorough research, innovative design, rigorous testing, and validation of different solutionsDevelop a straightforward yet compelling user experience for our B2C productsClearly articulate and justify your design choices using data-driven insights and logical reasoningCollaborate and engage with stakeholders from diverse business functions and groupsContribute to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of design guidelines, best practices, and standardsDesign various marketing and graphic materials as needed to support the US officeDesign and optimize responsive websites and landing pages using a content management system (CMS)Your Profile

5+ years of experience in graphic design and digital designB2C experience preferably within fintech, financial services or ecommerceHeavy digital design experience (creative, landing pages, websites, etc.)Experience developing national digital advertising campaignsAbility to work on creative for advertisements, affiliates, print and collateral material
