This technology allows every organization to create experiences and use the power of data in ways that profoundly impact the way we all live.About the Role:The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with regional field marketing managers, marketing operations, SDRs, and account executives to support, execute, and track various tactics for field marketing programs including digital programs, events, webinars, regional trade shows, joint partner events, and account-based marketing. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter with a passion for tactical marketing, pipeline generation, and strong execution skills.What You Will Do:Provide tactical execution against various field marketing initiatives aimed at converting net new and expansion pipeline for our enterprise and commercial account segments.Support workflows including vendor setup/management, POs/invoicing, campaign/event setup, SFDC campaign creation, content review, target list development, event support, budget tracking, reporting, and data analysis.Work closely with Public Sector field marketing managers to execute integrated programs targeting Public Sector accounts.Align and collaborate with sales enablement and SDR teams to increase program adoption and ensure SLAs for lead follow-up are met.Create enablement materials and communications to increase SDR/AE conversion of field marketing leads.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather inputs and support cross-functional initiatives.Assist in coordinating cross-functional stakeholder input for the Americas marketing calendar and updates.Report to measure business impact on pipeline/bookings and database growth.Proactively manage and update the field marketing calendar and budget.What You Will Bring:1-3 years of experience in marketing; B2B marketing and technology industry experience preferred.Experience supporting field marketing programs in a public sector environment.Familiarity with CRM technology and marketing systems such as Salesforce and Marketo.Proactive self-starter with a results-driven mentality.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing tasks.Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to achieve results.Ability to travel 25%.What Gives You an Edge:Familiarity with Tableau/Salesforce dashboards.Experience using Google suite applications.Come As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
