At Kendall, you will be valued and supported, your ideas will be heard, your voice will matter, and you'll work alongside incredible people who care about your success.Role Summary:Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Director of Marketing is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the marketing and digital commerce teams, providing a full complement of marketing and digital commerce services to The Kendall Group business units. This responsibility involves assessing, creating, and executing the company's marketing and digital strategy and related plans. The Director will work with their respective teams and regional leadership to operationalize and execute the plan objectives. The role will also be responsible for providing leadership around Kendall's Digital channel strategies - leveraging digital technologies to refine and develop new business processes, help with cultural adoption, and create better customer experiences necessary to meet changing business, market, and customer requirements. The role works with the leadership team to help operationalize our commercial plans and ensures all required job responsibilities are performed to the company's standards.Exciting work you will do:Define and develop the marketing and digital channel strategic direction and execute a comprehensive plan aligned to the organization's goals and objectives for market and revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.Translate the strategy into tactical plans that drive the results through team accountability.Align communication, people, culture, processes, resources, and systems to ensure effective implementation and delivery of required results with speed, agility, high standards of quality, and within budget.Build a talented team by setting high standards for personal and team success and holding the team accountable by coaching, mentoring, and supporting them using effective measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop marketing and digital assets across a range of media including print, digital, social, and events platforms.Establish processes to generate customer and competitive insight; leverage insights to drive market and revenue growth.Oversee development and execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives.
