is seeking a

Marketing and Promotions Coordinator

for our Fort Smith, AR operations. This coordinator will work with the Sales team on point-of-sale materials, food shows, packaging design, and various other projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Performs project management for current and new artwork for various customers and packaging design.Conducts contract negotiations with outside agencies for graphic design. Purchases and manages all marketing materials for the sales team and customers, including point of sale and spiffs for the customers and food shows.Manages and negotiates the contract for the coupon redemption for the company.Travels and represents the company at customer food shows by dealing with buyers and franchisees.Travels 1 to 2 times per month for an estimate of 6 days on the road.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.Desire to work with the Sales team on a regular basis.Ability to handle projects and multiple tasks routinely.Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Ability to create presentations and graphs.Supervisory Responsibilities:
