Job OverviewAniLocus is looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Manager

with a strong background in the biotech industry. This role is critical to driving the growth and success of our services and products by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biotech market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote AniLocus services and products within the biotech industry.

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the biotech sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Assist in the development and management of marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and white papers.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of the biotech market, including key players, trends, and regulatory landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate, Bachelor, or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Established network of contacts within the biotech industry.

Working Conditions:

The position requires working in field environments.

Occasional travel is required for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.

Salary and Benefits

Salary:

$53,100-$140,000. Negotiable and based on experience, qualifications, and market rates for Germantown, Maryland.

Work Schedule:

Full-time

Hybrid
