Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Office Manager/Marketing Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in office administration and marketing. The successful candidate will manage daily office operations, support staff, and lead our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.

Office Management:- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Marketing Management:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Pike County Economic Development.- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, events, and digital advertising.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in office management and marketing roles.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.- Event planning experience.
