Digital Platform Management:

Oversee and manage the overall running and continuous improvement of all internal digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and the IntranetEnsure platforms are user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively utilized for maximum employee engagement.Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement new features and troubleshoot issues.

Employee Engagement

Foster a positive and inclusive communication culture within the organization.Organize and promote internal events, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.Collect and analyze feedback from employees to inform and improve communication strategies.

Role

What equips you for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role.Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and Intranet systems.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience in change management is a plus.Demonstrated experience in making data-driven decisions and utilizing analytics to inform communication strategies.Ability to develop and execute targeted communication plans tailored to specific employee groups and personas.Hands-on experience with AI generative tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology for communication purposes.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
