Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at Spire Design & Construction located in Englewood, CO. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to interior design projects and managing various exciting commercial and model home-related projects. Your role will involve collaborating with the design team, conducting client meetings, creating design concepts, developing detailed plans, selecting FF&E materials, coordinating with contractors, assisting the Design Director as needed, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work with and report directly to the Director of Design as well as the President/CEO of Spire Design Studio.

QualificationsAssociate's degree (or higher) in Interior Design is Required; In addition:Proven experience in interior design, with a focus on Model Home Merchandising and Multi-family commercial/amenity spaces preferred3-5+ years experience in FF&E selectionsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft suite programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong understanding of space planning principles and overall good sense of designExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as individuallyAttention to detail and a good eye for aestheticsTime management and organizational skills to meet project deadlinesExperience in project management and leadership roles is a plusCarries a positive attitude, and an 'always willing to help' mentalityAbility to lift, carry and work longer hours on your feet during project installationsTravel up to 15% as needed for project walks and installationsMust currently live in the United States, have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportationSpire Design Studio offers benefits such as: Medical and Dental Insurance, Discounted vision plan, Paid vacation time off, 11+ Holiday pay annually, Personal use of travel benefits and reward programs, Use of company vehicles for job-related travel, Mileage reimbursement, Casual and pet-friendly office environment and potential for yearly bonuses and incentives.
