As a Certified B Corporation, Bonterra Organic Estates (formerly Fetzer Vineyards) is grounded in the transformational goals of the regenerative business. Since our founding in 1968, we have been driven by excellence, innovation, and longstanding commitments to the environment and responsible business practices.

Part of global powerhouse Viña Concha y Toro, Bonterra Organic Estates is focused on crafting wines made from organic and Regenerative Organic Certified grapes from our facility in Mendocino County, California, including category leader Bonterra (named the 2016 Wine Enthusiast American Winery of the Year); sustainability standout Fetzer; and 1000 Stories, California's original Bourbon barrel-aged wine.

We’re offering a career-defining opportunity for our next

Senior Director of Marketing

to take our already successful Bonterra wine portfolio and elevate its brand heart to the next level. From Day One, you will spring from a platform of 35 years of our success building a category around wine made with organic grapes, but we have more work to do. We need a true brand builder and visionary to put Bonterra shoulder to shoulder with that elite club of brands that are synonymous with doing good in the world. You will manage a pipeline of highly visible projects from innovation to launch.

To put it simply, the name Bonterra, which literally translates to “good earth”, requires marketing more than what is in the bottle. It involves marketing our ever-advancing story to improve all we touch. While every label, case, social media post, and POS item play a role in that, it’s really about marketing the things people don’t see—our actions and commitments behind our impact mission.

It’s important that you be eager to frequent our Bonterra estate ranches and winemaking operation in Hopland, CA, and satellite office in downtown Healdsburg, to best elevate your key spokesperson game and inspire others with our belief in the earth, people, and planet and how we can make an impact.
