link.The Marketing Content Coordinator position is critical to the success of the University’s advertising, marketing and communication efforts. He or she will do the following:• Create copy to be used throughout the University’s various communication tools, from print to broadcast to digital to the website and more, ensuring the composition is free of errors and speaks to the correct audience(s).

• Ensure the brand guidelines and standards are adhered to throughout departments that source projects through the Marketing Department.

• Oversee copy creation from internal stakeholders to market degree programs through internal and external channels such as viewbook inserts, program page content, social media posts, video scripts, paid advertising, and feature blog/magazine articles.• Manage a robust

content (search engine optimization) schedule that includes coordinating agency partners with internal stakeholders, interviewing alumni, reviewing articles, routing for approvals, posting to the blog, and cross-promoting completed articles on social to generate evergreen marketing.• Work with Admissions to create content for recruiting events and promotions, as well as on-hold call messages and website homepage content.• Collaborate with University Relations for

Today magazines and Annual Reports to curate stories, recommend publication themes, edit stories, and manage production until mailed.

• Edit copy from agency partners and other third-party contractors for accuracy, tone and audience.

• Serve as an expert proofreader and official Marketing team member responsible for quality control.Minimum Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field2. Minimum of one year of content management, research and writing experiencePreferred Qualifications1. Exceptional writing and communication skills2. Proficient skill in AP Style3. Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills4.
