Every year, an unnecessary number of deaths occur due to drowning. V3 is continuing to develop aquatic programs that help people of all ages learn how to stay afloat in the water.We provide aquatics and fitness offerings, on-site childcare and a new home for the Boys and Girls Club. Our goal is to begin the Phase Two expansion (adding a 50-meter pool, basketball courts, a track, and more) at the end of 2024 and complete it in 2027.Wages and Benefits$24 - $26 per hour; generous paid time off; paid holidays; competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits; company-paid life insurance; voluntary life insurance; employer-paid short-term disability and long-term disability; agency sponsored retirement plan with an employer match of 4% and immediate vesting.A Typical Day in the Life…A typical day as V3 Sports’s Marketing Specialist provides an opportunity to play a key role in creating and executing V3 Sports’ marketing communications, and will include the following:Supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing a channel plan with messaging that identifies a clear call to action in relevant audience channels.Working with the Marketing Manager and external marketing partner to develop social media content processes and performance analysis.Supporting website content with ongoing copy/design updates, ongoing improvement in user experience, and search engine optimization.Managing the Google review process and sharing feedback with the team.Developing, executing, and measuring blog content in support of SEO.Supporting events with marketing communication, flyers, brochures, digital content, swag, and registration set-up needs; being available as needed to execute marketing at events, addressing press needs, etc.Contributing to the gathering and development of insights from various inputs (e.g., research, industry reporting, market trends, competitive insights, etc.), and developing findings from the data.Using marketing software and technology to create and accomplish goals and solve problems.Creating marketing performance reports and tracking performance to identify how our marketing efforts are performing.Observing and supporting the development of our brand and target audience.Who You AreYou have an associate degree in a relevant field, or demonstrably equivalent knowledge gained through alternative courses of study and life experience.You have at least two years of related work experience.You are knowledgeable of marketing related practices, including advertising, market research, and technology.Your skills are proficient with marketing related software programs.You can build relationships and tailor messages in a compelling way to a broad range of people with varying backgrounds.Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, as well as your computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud.Strong attention to detail.Your copywriting skills are strong, with some video and graphic design work.You are able and willing to maintain current CPR, AED, and BBP certifications. (For new hires, training will be provided during onboarding.)You have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to meet V3 Sports’ driving record requirements.
