We are searching for a designer who actually knows what an email should look like in 2024. You'll work day-to-day as an email designer, someone with a keen, high-caliber design eye who can take creative direction or implement feedback without ego.In the day-to-day, you can expect to context switch between client accounts creating show stopping work!Qualifications:

You have 3+ years experience as a visual designer working in a creative agency setting or freelance with multiple clientsStrong foundational graphic design skills; experience with typography preferredExperience with motion or animation is a plusYou take pride in your workYou openly embrace feedback including from Senior Designers, Copywriters, Clients, etc.You possess a sharp eye for detailThis client one minute, another client the next...it doesn't matter, because context-switching is your middle nameExperience with branding and typographyYou are an expert with Adobe Photoshop and FigmaYou maintain high standards in process, design, file naming/structure and presentationYou have experience with team communication and project management tools (we use Slack and ClickUp!)Responsibilities:

You show up ready to take on each day with effective time managementYou will be responsive via Slack for team collaboration and communicationYou will work with a Senior Designer to perfect and optimize the email designs on your docket in ClickUpYou will collaborate with other Structured team members on your accounts to ideate and deliver high caliber creative campaignsYou will fully own being the designer on your client accounts in every wayExcellent communication and comprehension skills in English (both written and verbal).Able to take direction well and conduct a thorough review of own work.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage editing many projects at once.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Able to conduct themselves in a professional, remote-first environment.
