Job Description:We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as a New Category Market Activation Manager. This seasoned professional will independently lead the commercial launch and performance management of new categories, as well as manage specific product development projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable leading and influencing cross-functional teams and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future in new category growth. Develop comprehensive product launch plans and sell-in strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.Resolve and recommend total investment to ensure launch success for both new categories and key strategic core programs.Provide thought leadership to help develop fluency within the overall marketing department.Marketing Communications:

Define the marketing objectives for each new program campaign or launch.Develop tailored marketing tactics to meet objectives, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right audience through the right channels at the right time.Test these tactics, using online learning to adjust and shift the messaging to optimize sales performance.Cross-functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with product development managers, industrial design, legal, customer and digital marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive execution of launch strategies.Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.Ensure all teams are fully educated on new launches and act as a liaison to translate VOC into actionable insights.Go-to-Market Execution Management:

Lead the activation of omnichannel go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and distribution.Lead all aspects of the development of compelling marketing collateral and sales tools for each launch, fostering this vision throughout the organization.Performance Optimization:

Establish goals for new program launches.Supervise and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, such as consumer ratings and reviews and sales performance.Lead the identification of corrective measures as needed in collaboration with the cross-functional team.Determine ongoing marketing resource needs for the long-term success of the program/category.Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain frequent touchpoints with the senior leadership team to provide insights on goals, launch progress, risks, and opportunities.Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.Product Ownership:

Lead the product development for assigned new programs, inclusive of opportunity identification, competitive positioning, cost modeling and analysis, product development and execution, and portfolio performance management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business discipline.5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.Proven experience in bringing products to market with P&L responsibility.Expertise in synthesizing data into actionable insights.Digital marketing fluency, specifically related to market activation activities and consumer messaging.Are you passionate about learning and growing?
