.Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Specialist supporting the AMER market, you will be a key contributor in executing digital marketing strategies under the guidance of the Regional Growth Manager. Your role involves hands-on work across SEO, Web, and Performance Marketing, playing a direct role in achieving pipeline targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and enhance customer engagement. This role is critical in supporting the region's data-driven marketing funnel optimization and contributing to the company's targeted inbound marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with regional growth strategies.Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using reporting and analytics tools.Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams, including Marketing, xDR, Ops & Analytics, to optimize campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.Contribute to the management of the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that drive funnel progression.Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances.Work alongside the global digital growth team to deploy, adjust, and enhance campaigns for regional resonance and optimization.Apply analytical skills to discover innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL or pipeline, ensuring regional considerations for global marketing initiatives.Keep current with regional digital marketing trends, behaviors, and competitive insights to inform effective marketing approaches.SkillsetRecent graduate of Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.Up to 3 years of experience.Strong experience analyzing large amounts of data with Excel.Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and analytics tools to inform decisions and drive performance improvements.Adaptive to regional market trends and able to execute strategies that respond to dynamic market conditions.Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, clearly communicate campaign results and insights, and constructively participate in cross-functional strategy discussions.A continuous drive to learn and innovate within the field.Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
