Job Summary:

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to partner closely with our House Brands and Marketing team to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across iHerb’s domestic and international markets. This role is responsible for partnering with all cross-functional teams to grow our iHerb Brands (iHerb’s house brands). iHerb Brands include California Gold Nutrition, Mild by Nature, Sympli Beautiful and several other brands.

Job Expectations:

Serve as the main liaison between the House Brands team and the rest of Marketing including Marketplaces, Content Operations, Promotions, International, Paid, and Social Media teams.

Manage iHerb Brands marketing projects including campaign planning, execution, follow-ups, and QA

Facilitate day-to-day communication and updates including schedule changes, campaign successes and failures and room for improvement to the team and/or stakeholders

Analyze existing processes between the team teams and design operational flowcharts with the intent of improving the efficiency of internal procedures

Assist with the creation and management of project timelines and ensure all project details are up-to-date and accurate

Accountable for the quality of incoming projects and providing internal communication regarding deadlines and changes

Must be able to speak to department capabilities and KPIs

Partner with corresponding teams to present House Brands marketing updates to leadership weekly

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

Detailed and deadline-oriented with excellent project management skills.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable performing in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment

Strong understanding of the relationship between various marketing channels (social, paid, etc.) and business objectives

Equipment Knowledge:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred

Experience Requirements:

Generally requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Ecommerce marketing

Proven experience in marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
