We are searching for a talented and passionate Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google Ads and similar digital ad managers. He/she will be the Google platform lead, analyzing results and translating insights into actionable strategies that maximize our marketing ROI.What You'll Do:Execution and optimization of high-performing data-driven digital ad campaigns, primarily on Google AdsImplement A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data and performance insightsMeasure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) to demonstrate successWork with media & technology partners to identify opportunities to improved campaign performanceWork with the digital activation team lead to ensure seamless campaign execution of assigned campaignsManage campaign budget allocation across Google platformsWhat You Bring to the Table:A Bachelor degree or the equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution1+ years of digital advertising experience, with a focus on Google Ads or similar platformsProven ability to manage and optimize digital performance campaignsProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Google AnalyticsCollaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with a passion for driving resultsBonus Points:Experience with other digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, CM360 etc.Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms.
