For more information, visit Tricon Residential.Job DescriptionThe key responsibility of this role is to create and implement marketing plans to support a regional portfolio of single-family rental (SFR) homes and single-family rental communities (SFR Communities) that bring the brand to life across all marketing and communications channels in a way that drives traffic, converts leads, and retains existing customers. They must have a proven ability to conceive and implement successful marketing campaigns holistically from ideation to execution while supporting strategic growth initiatives and priorities.This position will collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members and with all other departments within the Company as required, as well as outside agencies and contractors to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget and in alignment with Tricon Residential brand guidelines.Assist in the implementation of strategic marketing plans, programs, and tacticsUse a data-driven and analytical approach to develop regional campaigns to grow customer engagement across channels, maximizing opportunities across customer touchpointsWrite content supporting campaigns and initiatives for all channels including email, website, and socialOptimize and maintain day-to-day planning and tracking tools for organization visibilityProvide tools, processes, and training for regional operations teams to enable successful execution of contentCoordinate with outsourced vendors and internal staff for the development and production of floorplans, site maps, photography, advertising, signage and collateral materials to support leasing and marketing programsCoordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans across various channels including social, web, paid and public relationsCreate marketing assets using design software in alignment with brand guidelinesLead the compilation of key performance metrics and input into reportsManage budget reconciliation and submit all journal entries to the accounting teamsAttend meetings as the marketing representative providing reports back on important opportunities and challengesResponsible for video and photo shoot project management and directionSchedule installation of signage, model furniture, sign spinners, etc.Cultivate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Asset Management and LeasingQualifications:Understanding of basic and advanced marketing and communications principlesTeam player, with an understanding of the importance of collaboration, transparency and sharingAdvanced writing and editing skillsProject management experience in a marketing environment; able to manage budgets, scheduling, meeting planning and multiple deliverables for multiple projects simultaneouslyHighly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), InDesign and Acrobat Adobe SuiteExperience in the development and management of advanced Excel reportsMust be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a diverse group of peopleMust be a strategic thinker, analytical, and creative, as well as extremely organized, highly detailed, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeMust be able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member within the Marketing & Communications Department and with other departments and vendorsRequirements:5-8 years of Real Estate marketing experience, SFR industry marketing experience a plusExcellent project and time management skillsProficient at managing and tracking budgetsExcellent written and verbal skillsHighly proficient in MS Office, InDesign and Adobe AcrobatBachelor's degreeAt Tricon, we are committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued for their unique contributions, experiences, voices, and backgrounds.
