We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
who will lead the development and execution of the comprehensive content strategy for the association. The
Marketing Manager
will implement on-going tactics of internal and external messaging through the organizations’ digital content (website, email, and blog) and social media platforms, with a strong focus on storytelling to highlight the impact of the YMCA.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube – and know how content and conversation can build and grow a brand.
Have a passion and interest in staying on top of the latest trends and topics that matter to Central Kentuckians and know when to capitalize (or not) on moments in pop culture.
Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
Adaptable to different working styles, mindsets, and personalities showcasing a willingness to collaborate with all.
Design/photography/video editing skills and experience managing website content and email marketing campaigns.
