Marketing CoordinatorJob Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator for the US Respiratory Acute Care Marketing Team is an adaptable individual with exceptional project management skills and cares to make a positive impact in the medical device industry. You will work cross-functionally across the business being involved with organizing marketing tradeshows, activities, and initiatives while providing support services to the marketing and sales teams. This role will be based out of our Irvine, CA office.Responsibilities:

Proactively review tradeshow schedules; plan requirements to ensure locations, resources, and materials meet internal and external expectations.Facilitate the field evaluation management process.Facilitate effectiveness of the marketing function by providing administrative support to the training and field sales teams.Support the day-to-day administrative processes for the Respiratory Acute Care team.Recommend and complete assigned tasks to assist in the coordination of marketing events.Visit trade shows and other events to develop market knowledge and support the sales teams.Schedule and coordinate materials for webinars for the field sales team to ensure optimal participation.Liaise with relevant accrediting organizations to ensure that company's credentialing programs are registered and regularly updated, to ensure integrity of accreditation services.Collect data and budget forecasts from the marketing team and record, track and report on expenditure to ensure management are fully informed of progress against budget.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry publications, and coordinate and provide articles to key industry publications to effectively promote company products.Facilitates flow of information amongst the sales and marketing teams.Promotes the company image to customers and stakeholders.25% travel expectations occasionally on weekends to support trade show and sales meetings.Please note other duties assigned.Education and Experience Requirements:

Detail-oriented, strong time management and organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects.Strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Irvine, CA, is $56,590-$72,000.
