Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, signage, and promotional items.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure FlowerHire remains at the forefront of the cannabis industry.
Salary
$85000 - $100000 USD per year
Required Skills
Minimum 21 years of age.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Skills
Experience with retail store operations and merchandising.Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance.Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with event planning and execution.Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
