Job description
Sauce Essentials is looking to bring on a Field Markeing Expert to their fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in cannabis, and the ability to effectively merchandise a dispensary to drive sales and brand awareness to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandise product placement and display in a way that attracts customers
Develop key relationships with store and dispensary managers.
Track consumer data making updates to merchandising strategy as needed
Analyze & identify growth opportunities and ad placements per dispensary
Ensure you are up to date with current cannabis trends
Share, inspire, and educate the budtenders about company products
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous retail (cannabis) sales experience preferred
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written communication and outgoing personality
Vehicle for travel to and from dispensary locations
