About the role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a project manager for all marketing activities, manage internal and external events, help review and create content for marketing materials, and provide support to various teams across the organization. This role requires strong organizational, communication and copywriting skills.

The position provides tactical delivery of brand marketing programs including content marketing (blog, social media, white papers, case studies, internal/client newsletters), email/promotional marketing, event marketing (internal company events and industry events), brand management, and some website management.

Core Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.Act as the project manager for all marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.Coordinate with various teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and strategies.Develop and maintain project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.Plan, organize and manage internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, roundtables, and company meetings.Coordinate logistics, marketing materials and promotional activities for events.Track and report on event performance and attendee engagement.Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.Assist with copywriting and content creation for various marketing channels.Collaborate with graphic designer to produce visually appealing and effective marketing assets.Work closely with sales, product teams and other internal teams to provide marketing support and resources.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to enhance marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities.Provide regular reports and insights to leader on key metrics and areas for improvement.Utilize data to optimize marketing strategies and drive better results.

Skills needed:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management, event management and content creation.Proven experience managing marketing projects from concept to completion.Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
