Translate business requirements into impactful, engaging, human-centered designs across desktop and mobile with a mobile-first approach.Develop and communicate fresh design ideas based on customer problems, leveraging user flows, wireframes, and site maps to advocate for the user and UX best practices.Lead the design and usability of the website, ensuring creative is on brand and AA compliant, partnering with content, web, and marketing stakeholders to elevate and expand our digital experience.Partner directly with web, digital advertising, product and marketing stakeholders to manage all things related to user experience, creative & brand development.Partner with UX researchers to facilitate user testing, collect, and communicate insights, identifying patterns in data to drive design decisions.Establish a test and learn approach, testing site functionality and usability and using data to validate designs.Collaborate with developers to create and implement UX improvements and functionality enhancements.Directly impact business outcomes (driving direct response, changing perception, increasing conversion, etc) by influencing how creative is best deployed and evaluated within the digital ecosystem.Stay up to date on industry web trends and standards, using knowledge of newest technologies and protocols to inform recommendations.Requirements:

5-7 years of experience balanced between UX/web/brand system design.Excellent eye for design with demonstrated proficiency of visual design, typography, and hierarchy.Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.Understanding of design accessibility principles.Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.Basic understanding of SEO principles.User testing facilitation a plus.Illustration experience a plus.Diversity:
