Position Overview
As a
part-time
Designer in Residence at C10 Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our portfolio companies. You will collaborate closely with our studio teams and portfolio companies to create compelling and user-friendly designs that align with their brand and business goals.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with portfolio companies to understand their design needs and provide expert advice on visual aesthetics, user experience, and brand identity.Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for digital products, websites, and other platforms to enhance user satisfaction.Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the overall development process.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of designs.Who You Are
4+ years experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across various industries is a plus.Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.Experience creating user stories, personas, and storyboards.Interest in AI or experience working with AI companies is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to commit 10-15 hours per week to projects.What We Offer
