Here, your work as a Marketer isn't just a job it's a journey towards a better world.Job Purpose:Reporting to the Products Manager, the Marketing Specialist will play a critical role on our Agile product delivery teams, leaning into their experience with marketing.In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for the marketing strategy execution, based on the defined product vision and priorities. As part of the Agile team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with hands-on execution, as much as provide input into the strategy, therein having full engagement throughout the product marketing cycle.Duties and Responsibilities:Product MarketingIdentify opportunities, execute marketing plans, and present to key stakeholders as appropriate.Driven by the prioritized product backlog, work cross-functionally to turn ideas into impactful digitally enabled marketing activations. Your work will directly influence targeted audiences, by utilizing various channels and platforms to increase revenue, improve retention, or gain qualified leads.Stakeholder EngagementWork with the Product Owner in ideation and planning towards a cohesive marketing strategy, in alignment with the Product Owner’s roadmap and prioritized backlog.Share progress, gather feedback, and maintain a transparent dialogue with stakeholders. Your communication skills will bridge gaps and build strong, collaborative relationships.Metrics and KPIsTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to market activities.Compile post-mortem analysis results of marketing initiatives.Use data, feedback and trends to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Seek and maximize opportunities to inspire a subset of our Agile team.Demonstrate functional expertise to those directly working in the same marketing community of practice.Help foster a culture where every idea is valued, and every team member feels empowered.ReleasesCoordinate and execute marketing activation launches, including identifying business goals, risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring that releases meet quality standards and timelines.Quality AssuranceThoroughly test marketing activities to ensure that the customer journey meets high-quality standards and is aligned with the organization's values and goals.Stay ahead of the curve in marketing, digital and humanitarian trends. Lead initiatives to refine our processes, always seeking ways to do more good, more efficiently.Strategic VisioningProvide input into product marketing plans and implementations, aligning it with our mission to uplift vulnerable communities. Your strategic foresight will shape digital experiences that touch hearts and inspire action.Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media or similar discipline3 years+ of relevant experience in Marketing / MediaExperience with digital technologies, such as Adobe Experience Manager, HTML & CSSHands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe AnalyticsAbility to optimize content for SEOExperience in retention or customer-facing campaign management within a marketing environment, utilizing data-driven decision makingUnderstanding of web/mobile development and the capacity to quickly navigate the changing digital landscapeExperience working directly with internal/external clients in a face-to-face environmentDemonstrated organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skillsAn Agile mindset with the ability to manage prioritiesExperience working with customer journey management an assetWorking knowledge of development process and project management an assetUnderstanding and experience working with/in Lean Agile Scrum methodology an assetWhy You’ll Love Working HereMeaningful Impact:
