Job Description

Plan various offline marketing activities on an annual, monthly, or one-off basis according to the company's product marketing goals and market strategies, the core business area are for OEM/OES related customers and big exhibition plan and deploymentPlan and implement various internal events including annual party, family day, associate town hall meeting etc.Responsible for writing activity plans for key marketing projects, including: activity themes, live broadcasting, interactive activity design, and equipment development.Manage the project management of offline events and the execution of activities on-site.Manage the execution of partners related to offline events, resource collection, bidding organization, and daily execution management.Provide professional support for the offline part of corporate events and brand communication projects, such as venue selection and layout, process design, and execution.Evaluate the effectiveness of various activities through data analysis, have the ability to productize projects, and continuously update and improvement.Qualifications

5+years in event management area of auto, automotive aftermarket, or big companies with multiple brands or lines, working experience in agency would be a plus.Excellent vendor management not limited in coordination, communication, negotiation and coaching.Ability of collaborating with multi-functions with high influencing skills.Good communication / collaboration skill and leadership.Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
