Marketing Coordination

– Assist with Executive Education’s marketing efforts including but not limited to:Creating and editing content for various marketing channels including landing pages, Pardot forms, social media, print, and email campaigns.Designing graphics and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Assisting in managing and updating the company’s social media accounts per the content calendar.Proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of marketing content.Organizing and maintaining digital and physical marketing files and databases.Updating prospect segmentation lists, forms, and content in Pardot.Sending email communications to clients and DU staff/faculty within Pardot and Outlook.Supporting top-of-funnel marketing efforts by analyzing Google Analytics, social media metrics and Pardot data.Conducting research such as competitive analysis, market research and evaluations of marketing campaigns.Supporting customer satisfaction through survey development/management, testimonial procurement, and analysis of results.Administrative Support

– Support the Executive Education team with projects and initiatives as needed, including but not limited to:Assisting with logistics as needed for Executive Education programs/events.Supporting Executive Education’s internal communication and marketing collateral needs.Occasionally greeting guests while sitting at the student employee desk in Executive Education’s reception area.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and willingness to work with a high volume of detail.Ability to speak effectively and credibly to a wide range of students/clientele, faculty, staff, and University administrators.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.Initiative, follow-through and reliability.Adaptable and flexible.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.Ability to professionally represent the Department, College and University.Required QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in Canva.Current DU student eligible for work-study in the 2024-2025 academic year.Preferred QualificationsInterest in marketing & graphic design.Experience in graphic design/Adobe Suite.Willingness to learn new systems/applications: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Adobe Suite.Physical AbilitiesAbility to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.This position is eligible for a federal work-study, which requires eligibility through the Financial Aid Office.Students will be paid $18.29/hr with the opportunity for yearly increases, dependent on performance.This position requires 10 hours per week for fall, winter, and spring quarters with flexibility in scheduling. Some evening/weekend hours may be required.In compliance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), non-benefited employees accrue one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.The University of Denver is an equal opportunity employer.
