We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual with strong writing skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once. This individual will also serve as our in-house photographer, so a passion for food photography is a plus and an ability to work on-site at different venues is a must. The majority of our restaurants are located in Chicago, but we have a restaurant in Lincolnwood and another in Gladstone Park, so access to a car is preferred. Responsibilities: • Assist with managing 10+ restaurants’ social media channels including content creation and timely relevant posting in accordance with each venue’s unique brand identity • Drive social media development and growth through audience identification, competitive research, benchmarking, and actively exploring new trends and best practices • Manage social media engagement both by responding to all community comments messages and by developing an active outreach plan to build brand visibility • Spend time working from each venue capturing live content and taking photos and videos for use on social media, websites, marketing campaigns, etc. • Execute digital marketing campaigns as directed. This may include writing copy for email campaigns, creating Google posts, scheduling Facebook events, and posting both reels and static content to amplify promotional messaging • Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: • Excellent copywriting skills • Organized and able to handle multiple accounts at once • Interested in photography basics and willing to grow these skills on the go • Able to compile and analyze key social media metrics and tweak programming as needed • Willing to work hard and do a broad base of tasks from administrative to strategic • Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus Compensation: $23 hourly
