DFA’s in-house creative team is responsible for delivering exceptional concepts, inspiring content, and delivering results for the cooperative and its brands. The team works on a broad range of digital and traditional touchpoints for external marketing, internal communications, and large-scale events. These touchpoints are critical in setting the culture and tone for the cooperative.This role will design engaging solutions for marketing and communications channels, including logo design, websites, social assets, emails, print and digital ads, publications, packaging, events, digital signage, internal presentations, etc. that align with the brand, messaging, and strategic objectives of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and is subsidiaries. Execute against the creative vision and uphold quality standards for the DFA brand and consumer brands.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain turn-key brand templatesUnderstand and execute against design standards for the DFA brand and consumer brands across various channelsCollaborate with members of the communications, marketing, creative and client teams to ideate and execute engaging solutionsPassionately execute creative with a keen eye for detail and quality of craftMaintain a deep understanding of creative best practices across various digital and traditional channelsCommunicate and present design concepts to peers and clientsCommit to and exemplify DFA’s and our team’s mission, vision, and valuesMinimum Requirements:Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in design, advertising, or a related field3+ years of experience in agency or in-house agencyPortfolio that demonstrates creative work with an understanding of branding, layout, composition, typography, and colorKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAn eagerness to take on new challenges, from big enterprise challenges to smaller tasks, with the same enthusiasm and passionAble to work collaboratively as part of a larger team or individually in a fast-paced environmentAble to prioritize, manage and meet multiple concurrent deadlines with accuracy and attention to detailAble to communicate clearly and effectively, visually, verbally and writtenAble to think creatively and problem solveStrong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of web design, digital asset management, pre-press standardsDFA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
