Czarnowski is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer who possesses a strong background in brand development, marketing communications, and environmental design to join our Toyota/Lexus team. We’re looking for an exceptionally talented, creative, and driven individual who has what it takes to do incredible work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We’re looking for someone who is strategic at their core and able to think both conceptually and analytically. We need someone who understands multi-dimensional storytelling, graphic design, and can translate complex ideas into impactful brand narratives through multiple forms of digital communication including but not limited to digital visuals that can be used within environmental executions, online assets, and digital marketing.The Job:Graphic Design lead for major automotive brand designing environmental graphics and interactive experiences for branded spaces such as auto shows, events, retail, brand activations, and other immersive environments.Establish and maintain brand identity and graphic systems in collaboration with strategists, experienced designers, 3D designers, illustrators, and graphic design peers.Collaborate on consumer activations and engagements from concept to completion.Support Directors in managing workflow and project schedules.Work with Graphic Account Managers to create and maintain graphic project schedules and deadlines.Work on multiple projects and deadlines with multiple teams simultaneously.Design visual presentations in collaboration with the creative team for pitches that clearly communicate strategy, concepts, and execution.Design and maintain graphic layouts and workbooks in conjunction with each project or assignment.Ensure presentations deliver the objectives of the brief and clearly articulate design solutions.Work closely with multi-disciplinary creative teams to develop unique branded experiences.Provide layouts for print production.Provide illustration and/or illustration concepts.Provide image creation, selection, and Photoshop editing for concept.The Person:BFA in graphic design or equivalent3-5 years of industry or agency experienceUnderstanding of print technologies, materials & techniquesExperience working in large format graphics in 3-dimensional environments.Exceptional visual design talents and the ability to cover a breadth of styles and media.Mastery of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a requirement.Understanding of photography and image manipulation techniques.Understanding of Automotive brands.Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, via virtual conferencing, and over the phone.Strong ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced studio environment.Able to work both individually and with a team remotely and in a design studio environment.Display excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Able to work effectively under pressure in both a team setting and individually.Strong illustration, composition, and information design skills.Strong understanding of color systems and color theory as it pertains to design and branding.Willingness to visualize ideas in two and three dimensions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.Must have an eye for type layout.Exceptional time management skills - ability to balance multiple projects at one time while ensuring quality and consistency.Must have a willingness to experiment, grow, learn, and continuously evolve as a designer.Must be visual and creative.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of Keynote.Knowledge of general marketing, business, and customer serviceMac-based computer knowledgeKnowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere appreciated but not required.All applicants MUST include a design portfolio including completed projects that clearly demonstrate the skills outlined above.Core Value Statement:
