If you find yourself efficient in bringing ideas to life with visual impact, we look forward to meeting youResponsibilities (80s Of The Position)Work on different projects and media using the latest software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the company’s business goalsObtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standardsWork independently and collaborate with the design team as and when required.Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include three or more simultaneous projectsStudy existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.Revamp brand standards and guidelines for physical and digital implementationsQualificationsRequired Experience:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline4+ years experience in design (academic + professional)Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or FigmaExceptional, innovative design skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsTime-management skills for meeting deadlinesPreferred ExperienceUse of ai tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, FireflyTravel RequirementsUp to 20% travelPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, employees may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time, occasionally bending or stooping, lifting up to 10 pounds, and prolonged periods of computer use.Reasonable AccommodationsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
