Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing a variety of digital activities and games that not only align with our brand identity but also resonate with our users. This is an exciting opportunity to unleash your creativity and make a significant impact on the digital presence of Mattel's beloved franchises.What Your Impact Will BeContent CreationConceptualize, design, and develop digital activities and games for Mattel's flagship brands.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, marketers, publishing, and brand teams to bring your ideas to life.Marketing Asset CreationWork with the marketing team to create email assets, feature banners, and category icons that drive engagement.Approval and Submission ManagementCoordinate the approval process for content with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements. Manage the submission process for content across different platforms (mobile and web) and ensure timely releases.Data EntryResponsible for accurate and organized data entry related to content creation, approvals, and submissions.What We’re Looking ForBachelors or Associates degree in graphic design or related field.Strong online design portfolio highlighting creative examples of web design.Ability to perform in a rapid creative execution environment.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications; expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.Interactive design skills, including a solid understanding of responsive design for multiple devices.Execute innovative designs that align with cross-channel creative direction.Collaborate with the team on concept development.Motivated self-starter to manage workload.Follow the process and manage up suggestions for improvements.Professional team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and concept ideas.A positive attitude and a flexible demeanor that enriches the team dynamic.Preferred SkillsExperience in the toy or entertainment industry is a plus.Familiarity with child safety and privacy regulations related to digital content.The base hourly rate for this position is between $35.00 and $40.00 per hour.This range is indicative of the projected hiring range; however, the base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills, and experience.What It’s Like To Work HereWe are a purpose-driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
